Why it matters
Commercial spaces ask more of an HVAC system.
A commercial building is rarely one uniform space. Customer areas, kitchens, treatment rooms, back offices and storage all carry different heat loads, occupancy and hours of use.
The equipment that serves them (rooftop units, air handlers, split and package systems, VRF / VRV systems and inverter systems) has to be diagnosed, selected and maintained with that in mind. When something goes wrong, guessing is expensive.
Our approach is to diagnose first: understand the system and how the space is used, explain what we found in plain language, recommend what is appropriate and let you make an informed decision. No pressure, and no guesswork.
Services
What we do for commercial properties.
Diagnostics
Measured, step-by-step troubleshooting to find the root cause before anyone recommends a repair or a replacement.
Service
Working through faults and performance problems on the systems your business relies on every day.
Repair
Repairs that are explained first: what failed, why it failed and what your options are.
Maintenance
Planned maintenance proposals built around your equipment and the way the space is used.
Replacement
When replacement makes sense, we help you compare options on more than purchase price, including energy use and long-term operating cost.
Installation
Complete equipment and ductwork installation for new systems and tenant spaces.
Commercial build-outs
HVAC for interior build-outs: equipment, ductwork and installation coordinated with your contractor.
Environments
Built for the way your space actually works.
Commercial HVAC for offices, retail spaces, restaurants, small grocery stores, gyms and other commercial properties in Orlando and Central Florida. Different businesses stress an HVAC system in different ways, and this is what we look at first.
Dental offices
Comfort in patient and treatment areas, plus the back-of-house spaces that support them.
Salons
Spaces with heat-producing equipment, frequent door traffic and clients who notice comfort.
Cafés
Counter, seating and kitchen loads that differ from one part of the space to another.
Restaurants
Kitchen heat, dining comfort and air balance that have to work together.
Small grocery stores / neighborhood markets
Storefront doors, lighting and refrigeration equipment that add heat, plus comfort for shoppers and staff.
Gyms / fitness centers
High occupancy and activity levels, where comfort and ventilation need careful planning.
Warehouses
Large volumes, long duct runs and work areas that need targeted comfort.
Retail
Storefront doors, lighting loads and customer comfort through changing traffic.
Offices
Varied occupancy and equipment that call for sensible zoning.
Hospitality
Guest comfort across many rooms and shared spaces.
Commercial properties
Planning across tenants, buildings and equipment for owners and property managers.
Systems
From conventional equipment to advanced technology.
Rooftop Units (RTUs)
Packaged equipment mounted on the roof, common in retail, restaurants and offices, serving the space through ducted distribution.
Air Handlers
Indoor units that move conditioned air through a duct system, paired with matching outdoor equipment.
Split Systems
Separate indoor and outdoor components, in ducted or ductless configurations for defined spaces.
Package Units
Self-contained systems that house the major components in a single cabinet.
VRF / VRV Systems
Variable refrigerant flow: one outdoor unit serving multiple indoor units, with zoning and individual control of spaces.
Inverter Systems
Variable-speed compressor technology that adjusts capacity to the load instead of cycling fully on and off.

Long-term partnership
Why a long-term HVAC partner beats calling when it fails.
Equipment will need attention eventually. What you can control is whether that attention is planned or a surprise.
Calling only when equipment fails
- Every call starts from zero, with no history on your equipment or building.
- Decisions are made under pressure, often with a single option on the table.
- Replacement is unplanned, leaving little time to compare options.
- Problems are found after they affect your customers or your staff.
With a long-term HVAC partner
- Someone who knows your equipment, your building and how you use it.
- Maintenance planned around your operation, not squeezed in after a failure.
- Replacement planned ahead, with total cost of ownership in view.
- One clear point of contact and consistent communication.
Maintenance
Start with a maintenance proposal.
A proposal is a practical way to begin a long-term relationship: we learn your equipment and your space before anything is decided.
- Tell us about the property and its equipment.
- We review the systems and how the space is used.
- We propose a maintenance scope for you to review, and you decide.

Questions
Commercial HVAC: common questions.
What kinds of commercial properties do you work with?
Our focus includes dental offices, salons, cafés, restaurants, small grocery stores and neighborhood markets, gyms and fitness centers, warehouses, retail, offices, hospitality and other commercial properties. If your space is not on that list, contact us and describe it.
Do you handle repair and replacement, or only maintenance?
All of it: diagnostics, service, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation and commercial build-outs. We diagnose first, so every recommendation follows from what we find.
Which systems do you service and install?
Rooftop units (RTUs), air handlers, split systems, package units, VRF / VRV systems and inverter systems, along with the metal and fiberglass ductwork that distributes the air.
What is the difference between VRF / VRV systems and inverter systems?
VRF / VRV is a type of system in which one outdoor unit serves multiple indoor units, with individual zoning. Inverter refers to variable-speed compressor technology that adjusts output to demand. They are different technologies, and we evaluate each on its own merits for your space.
