The story
An engineer’s approach to comfort.
Leonardo Caveghagni Emilio is a Mechanical Engineer specialized in refrigeration and air conditioning for comfort.
His career combines engineering, experience in multinational companies, hands-on technical work in the field, extensive manufacturer training (including Daikin) and hands-on management of an HVAC business.
That mix produced a way of working built on technical discipline: clear standards, defined processes, measurements and documentation, and constant attention to how things can be done better. It is the opposite of guessing.
His long-term vision includes developing and training HVAC professionals in the United States, so that technical quality is something a team is built to deliver, not something that depends on one person.
